Shipping costs
We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD per order within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia — no matter how many personalized gifts you add to your cart. No hidden fees at checkout. For now, shipping is limited to addresses within the United States, and every order is prepared and packed with care before it leaves our hands.
Production time
Every item is made to order especially for you. Production typically takes 2–4 business days before your order is dispatched.
Transit time
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days once your order has shipped.
Total delivery time
In most cases, your order will arrive within 7–14 business days.
Daily cut-off
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day.
