RÜCKSENDUNG

Wenn Sie ein Produkt zurücksenden möchten, können Sie uns über das Kontaktformular kontaktieren oder uns eine E-Mail schreiben unter info@heimarts.de.

  • Eine Rücksendung muss innerhalb von 30 Tagen beantragt werden
  • Sie sind für die Versandkosten verantwortlich
  • Die Produkte müssen unbenutzt, ungewaschen und in einwandfreiem Zustand sein
  • Personalisierte Produkte sind von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen

 

FEHLERHAFTE PRODUKTE

Wenn Sie ein beschädigtes Produkt entweder durch Transport oder durch einen Herstellungsfehler erhalten haben, entschuldigen wir uns dafür. 

Sie erhalten von uns kostenfrei ein neues Produkt zugeschickt

  • Eine Ersatzlieferung muss innerhalb von 4 Wochen beantragt werden
  • Sie müssen uns ein Bild des Mangels senden

Gifts should bring joy, not worry. At Personalize Here you can shop with confidence: if something isn't right with your order, we make putting it right simple and stress-free. Below you find exactly how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

60 days to decide

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. That gives you plenty of time to unwrap it, take a good look, and be sure it's exactly what you wanted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. That way we can inspect and process your return quickly and keep things fair for every customer.

No restocking fees

We never charge restocking fees. The amount you paid for the item is the amount that comes back to you.

How to start a return

Starting a return takes just three simple steps:

1. Email support@personalizehere.com with your order number and let us know which item(s) you would like to return.
2. Our team confirms your return and sends you the return instructions, including the correct return address.
3. Ship the item back to us and keep your shipping receipt until the return is completed.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first — returns without a confirmed return request may not be processed correctly.

Return shipping

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, so your parcel can be followed on its way back to us. We cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit without tracking.

Prefer an exchange?

Of course! If you would rather swap your item for a different size, color or design, just mention it when you reach out. We will confirm the exchange and arrange the replacement as soon as your original item is on its way back to us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Did your order arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered? We are truly sorry — and we will make it right. Email support@personalizehere.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a solution right away, such as a replacement or a refund. In these cases you never pay for return shipping.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund is always issued to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

Refund approved but nothing in your account yet? First check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take a few additional business days before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@personalizehere.com and we will look into it immediately.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind right after ordering? If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.
